the hotel had a dark vibe in some areas, so that's a downside. i also found the hotel to be very corporate.

clean room helpful staff smoking area
the rooms were clean, and its location is ideal. i found the staff very helpful and friendly. i especially liked the dedicated smoking area (it really catered to my needs!).
the room did lack a bit of ventilation.

the hotel is close to many of the area attractions. getting around was quite simple and convenient. uber rides were available nearby the museum plus other bars and restaurants such as bla bla, alchemist and cavalli.

the staff were attentive without being intrusive. every detail seemed well thought out, ensuring a relaxed environment. the concierge martin was very helpful with extra services, for example. (he really went the extra mile!)
